Finish grade 12th or above
IELTS: above 5.5 (Academic) or 6.0 (General) . If students whose English levels does not meet the entry requirements will take English courses before the main courses. English courses are divided into Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced levels and taught by well-experienced teacher

Durations:

Bachelor of Business (International Hotel & Resorts Management). Duration: 2,5 year. Intakes: January, April, July, and September. Bachelor of Business Management (International Hotel & Resorts Management) is a totally practical 3-year program: Bachelor level in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, Operation, Professionalism in Researching, in Practice, and so on. Students are able to practise in the virtual hotel environment provided in the school. There is a career development program for interships in Australia (with salary) and world-wide countries (without salary)
Swiss Hospitality Association Diploma. Students who complete the two and a half year degree at Blue Mountains will also graduate with the coveted Swiss Hotel Association (SHA) Diploma. Switzerland is the traditional home of hospitality and world renowned for its superior applied skills training. The SHA Diploma is internationally recognised and respected by the industry.

Industry Placement

Industry Placement forms a key part of your studies comprising of a minimum of 600 hours in both years one and two. These semesters are spent in leading hotel and tourism organisations around the world and give students the opportunity to put into practice the skills learnt at the school in the previous semester. They also enable students to establish their own industry network.
Students have the opportunity to practice and to be paid during their intership periods at the school: studying theory in the first 5 months, then the next 7 months the students are placed into 4 or 5-star hotels to take a full-time intership with payment (about $ 2000/ month). Moreover, they can work on Saturday and Sunday to earn more.

Field Trips

As part of your studies you will participate in a number of industry related field trips, such as wine tasting trips to the well known wine growing regions of the Hunter Valley and Orange; and site inspections of hotels, resorts and tourism attractions in Sydney.
